How I set up Google console on my blogger blog.

My name is Barivure Samuel here is a step by step guide on how I setup Google console on my blogger blog.

To set up Google Console on Blogger, follow these steps:

1. Sign in to your Google account and go to the Google Search Console homepage at https://search.google.com/search-console.

2. Click on the "Start Now" button and enter the URL of your Blogger blog in the field provided. Then click "Add a property."

3. Verify your ownership of the blog by choosing one of the verification options. The recommended method is to choose the "HTML tag" option.

4. Copy the meta tag provided by Google. It will be in the format `<meta name="google-site-verification" content="XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX" />`.

5. In another browser tab, go to your Blogger dashboard and click on "Settings" in the left sidebar, then select "Search preferences."

6. Scroll down to the "Google Search Console" section and click on the "Edit" link.

7. Paste the copied meta tag code into the "Google Search Console" field and click "Save changes."

8. Go back to the Google Console page and click on the "Verify" button.

9. After successful verification, you will be redirected to the Google Console dashboard for your Blogger blog, where you can access various tools and reports to monitor and optimize your blog's performance in search results.

It may take a few days for Google to start displaying data in your console, but once set up, you will have access to valuable information about your blog's visibility, search queries, and overall performance in search engine results.
